  • Private lessons and mini-groups:

Lessons have a duration of one hour and they will be conducted through video call on skype or zoom. The user is not allowed to record totally or partially a private nor a mini group lesson unless it receives permission via e-mail by TTT.

The user can request a change of the teacher after the first class without having to justify any reason for it. After the first class in case a change of teacher is requested TTT will conduct an interview via Skype or Zoom with the user and decide what measures to take to accommodate the user with another teacher.

If, once the course has started and due to force majeure, a user finds it necessary to request a postponement of their course, he or she must request it in writing to info@totaltesttime.com. TTT will study each case and if it considers it appropriate, it will be given the option, in writing, to continue in another with similar characteristics within 6 months.

In case a user does not connect to zoom or skype within the first 15 minutes of the time the private lesson was scheduled it will be considered a no show. For the mini group classes, no shows happen when all the members of the group do not connect to zoom or skype within the first 15 minutes of the time the private lesson was scheduled. No shows do not qualify for rescheduling. A teacher will not wait for the user once the class qualifies for a no show.

In case a user of private lessons requests a class cancellation it must be notified with at least 24 hours before the class was originally scheduled. If it is notified within at least 24 hours via e-mail to the teacher and to info@totaltesttime.com the teacher and the user will convey a new date and time to retake the cancelled class.

In case a user of mini group classes cannot attend to a class and notifies it within at least 24 hours via e-mail to the teacher and info@totaltesttime.com, TTT will communicate via e-mail to the user if and under what conditions that class will be rescheduled.

Every user has the right to request for rescheduling 1 class (courses of 20 hours) or for 2 classes (courses of 25 or over hours) if it is done as priorly described. Any other circumstance does not qualify for a class to be rescheduled.

Every user will be notified with a confirmation e-mail to the specifications he or she has contracted with TTT. After the first class every user will request to schedule the private additional writing and speaking review sessions. This will be done via e-mail to the teacher with carbon copy to info@totaltesttime.com. The user will receive feedback on the request within 24 hours after the e-mail has been sent.

  • Streaming classes

Streaming classes have a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes. The entire program required to go over all the materials TTT considers granting an optimal preparation for TOEFL is displayed throughout 30 sessions. Every session will have a structure of 50 min of theory and 40 minutes in which the users can formulate their doubts about the session. These sessions will be later accessible by all users (private lessons users, mini group class users and streaming users).
